- What counts as an insight?
- Each natural language query that generates a result counts as one insight. Follow-up drill-downs in the same conversation do not count separately.
- Can I switch plans?
- Yes, immediately. Upgrades are prorated to your current billing cycle. Downgrades take effect at the next renewal.
- What happens to my data if I downgrade?
- Nothing. Your data is processed entirely in your browser using DuckDB WASM — we never store it on our servers.
- Is annual billing discounted?
- Yes. Pro annual is $39/user/month ($49 monthly). Max annual is $79/user/month ($99 monthly). Both represent a 20% saving.
