By using Intara ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Description of the Service

Intara provides an AI-powered analytics experience that lets you query your data using natural language. Data is processed in your browser where possible. We provide the software, infrastructure, and AI models to generate SQL and insights based on schema and your questions. Use of the Service is subject to the plan and limits (e.g. query count, dataset count) described on our pricing page.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, other users' accounts, or any data that is not yours.
• Use the Service to generate or distribute harmful, abusive, or misleading content.
• Circumvent or abuse rate limits, usage caps, or billing.
• Resell or redistribute the Service or use it to build a competing product without our permission.
• Upload or query data that you do not have the right to use, or that infringes others' intellectual property or privacy.

We may suspend or terminate your access if we reasonably believe you have violated these terms or acceptable use.

Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is." We do not guarantee that AI-generated SQL or insights are always correct. You are responsible for verifying results before making decisions based on them. We disclaim all warranties to the extent permitted by law.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Intara and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for loss of data or profits, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. We will post the updated terms and the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. For material changes, we may notify you by email or in the product.
